Sauris, between nature and local delicacies.

Program:
Guests will meet at your hotel at around 9:00 am and depart for Sauris.
11:10 am – 11:45 am approx : Guided tour of the ham factory. Please note that the company strictly observes the health and hygiene regulations on food safety, which prevent visitors from entering during the production processes. 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Lunch and free time to enjoy the view. The tasting menu at the Wolf ham factory includes: approx. 110g of PGI ham each, approx. 110g of sliced ​​Speck each, approx. 80g of mixed cheeses per person on a tray, 2 packs of single-serving breadsticks each, a basket of bread, 1 bottle of water each, 1 slice of tart per person.
2.30pm – 4.00pm: Visit to the Zahre Brewery followed by a tasting of 5 different types of beer.
Free time to enjoy the fresh air of Sauris or take a walk!
Return to your hotel expected around 6.30pm
